Freezer Slaw

4 Green Peppers

4 Red Peppers

4 small Onions

2 large heads of Cabbage (you can also use 1 green and 1 red head of cabbage for color)

8 Carrots

2 Cucumbers

CHOP ALL FINELY

Place chopped cabbage in a bowl with a handful of salt (mix well) and set aside for 3-4 hours. Drain (squeeze salt brine out). Add in all other chopped veggies.

Add:

1 quart vinegar

6 cups of sugar

4 tablespoons of mustard seed

1 tablespoon of celery seed

Mix well and put into pint or quart freezer containers, or bags.

Freeze.

(Take out and thaw whenever you want to eat it!)
